										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This innovative torque motor is now <strong>the largest motor in our mobility range</strong>. It is the successor to its smaller versions, the M130 and M90, offering a <strong>direct-drive shaft motor solution for lightweight mobility</strong>.</p>
<p>It is particularly suitable for low-speed applications up to 60kph.</p>
<p>Developing up to 250 Nm of torque over its 200mm length, it is then able to <strong>propel any light vehicle</strong> with passengers transported and is compatible with low voltages: from 48V to 200V. Its direct-drive configuration reduces the number of mechanical parts in systems and therefore production costs as well as potential sources of failure. At the same time, its <strong>gain in efficiency</strong> increases the range of electric vehicles. Its shaft can thus be adapted to fit any wheel.</p>
<p>This configuration also provides for <strong>quick maintenance</strong> and a very limited number of wear parts for a system that is easy to understand for technicians.</p>
<p>This method is currently not very widespread and is part of <strong>an ecological and technological transition</strong> process specific to our time.</p>
<p>There are many applications such as leisure vehicles like golf carts, personnel transport on industrial sites or even small autonomous buses.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Started in 2014, Guinard Energies Nouvelles&#8217; water turbine project has allowed Keep’Motion <strong>to enter the Energy generation and renewable energy field</strong>.</p>
<p>The P154 model is a 20kW water turbine 100% &#8220;made in France&#8221;. The generator required nearly <strong>two years of R&amp;D</strong> and its first production version left our workshops in Luzinay in 2018.</p>
<p>This machine has been in operation for two years now and has proven its worth and can be tailored to numerous configurations such as river or estuary.</p>
<p>It is the larger version of the P66 also marketed by Guinard Energies Nouvelles and designed by Keep’Motion which itself develops the 6kW version. Designed to withstand the <strong>most arduous marine conditions</strong> (marine breakwater, salt, shellfish), these machines are fully suited to estuary facilities with very little civil engineering. They also provide for operation with <strong>very little current</strong> or low head through their design, thus allowing for maximum use of renewable energy with minimum impact on the environment.</p>
<p>Particular attention has been given to the design and choice of materials in <strong>order to reduce its ecological impact with a high rate of recyclability</strong> and a contained volume for such power ranges.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>With more than 10 years&#8217; experience</strong> in the field of electrical machinery, Keep’Motion is also able to produce specific motor test benches like this one, produced for a big automotive company.</p>
<p>From <strong>instrumentation</strong> to human/machine interface through <strong>mechanical design</strong>, we are able to design and automate professional benches that meet industrial needs <strong>in a short time and at a low cost</strong>.</p>
<p>This 10kW test bench <strong>was built in less than 6 months by our teams</strong>. Our customer needed a turnkey solution in a very short time frame. We were able to meet their needs with a fully instrumented bench incorporating:</p>

– Monitoring of thermal probes<br />
– Measuring the insulation resistance up to 50GΩ- Measuring continuous leakage current up to 6KV<br />

– Automation of static tests and programming sequences.</p>

<p>We take advantage of the pool of companies in Lyon to have all the mechanical parts and electrical cabinets made nearby thereby minimising supply times.</p>
